Trading since 1994, Brolga Publishing is an Australian owned and operated company based in Melbourne, Victoria. Having published over a thousand books to date – and of those many have been high profile authors, such as; Hazel Hawke (first wife of Bob Hawke, the 23rd Prime Minister of Australia), Wayne Dyer (American self-help and spiritual author and a motivational speaker), Dr Denis Waitley (American motivational speaker, writer and consultant), Jim Rohn (entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker), Dr Ian Gawler (Australian author and a prominent advocate for the therapeutic application of mind-body medicine and meditation), Hazel Edwards (Australian author who has written 200 books, including the classic children’s book ‘There’s a Hippopotamus on Our Roof Eating Cake’), Tracy Madden (bestselling author of ‘The Essential Ingredient: Love’), Beeb Birtles (Australian musician, singer, songwriter and guitarist. He has been a member of various Australian groups including Zoot, Mississippi, Little River Band…) and Mal Walden (Australia’s longest serving news presenter to date – his career spanning 6 decades).
While we do publish international authors, we proudly support Australian authors and are dedicated to giving voice to Australian creativity.

Mark Zocchi, founding director of Brolga Publishing, has been in the book trade since 1978. His career includes managing independent bookstores, National Marketing Manager of a 200-store book chain, and consulting to high profile authors, publishers and retail book chains. Mark is committed to continuing the success and growth of Brolga Publishing and its authors.
